Description: A 5-day mountain bike tour to discover the traditions and the most beautiful sites of the department of Oussouye, from the edge of the Casamance river to the ocean beaches, passing through mangroves, palm groves and rice fields.

D1:OUSSOUYE – SIGANAR – NIAMBALANG – APPROX 28 KM MOUNTAIN BIKE
In the morning mountain biking in the heart of 5 villages united by the traditions and the Diola royalty. Visit of the cashew nut processing center and fetish places. Lunch in Oussouye and then in the afternoon a 17 km mountain bike loop through the villages of Siganar and Niambalang, palm groves and rice fields, visit of an impluvium house. Night in Oussouye.

D2: OUSSOUYE – ELINKINE – MLOMP -PTE ST GEORGES – APPROX 35 KM MOUNTAIN BIKE 
Departure by tracks in the forest then on a main track to reach the port of Elinkine. Continuation towards Mlomp for lunch. Visit of the huts and the museum then by a track in the mangrove, borrowing traditional bridges, we find the main track to go to Pointe St Georges. Depending on the day, observation of dolphins and lamentines. Dinner and night in a camp on the river bank.

D3: PTE MLOMP – OUSSOUYE – EGUEYE – APPROX 35 KM BY BIKE 
Departure for Kanoufa then crossing of savannah zones on a laterite track which leads us to Kagnout. We continue to Oussouye. Lunch. In the afternoon, we cross the palm grove of Oukout and the village of Diantène to arrive on the island of Egueye. Dinner and night at Egueye.

Note: Possibility on reservation to go up on the observation platform of Kanoufa located at 35 m high, in a cheese tree and with 360 ° view on the river and the bush.
