Description: An immersive cultural experience

Join a local mother at the market to shop for fresh ingredients, cook together, share a family meal, and then explore the region’s traditions and natural surroundings.

Day 1 – Kayaking in Oussouye & Biking in Eyun Approx. 2.5 hours of kayaking / 17 km biking 

After a short 2.5 km bike transfer, you’ll set off in a double kayak for a 2.5-hour loop through the mangroves.
Return to the camp through Oussouye and enjoy lunch on site. In the afternoon, depart on a 17 km mountain bike ride through the villages of Eyun (fetish sites, sacred trees, impluvium houses, etc.).
Dinner and overnight stay at the Oussouye camp.

Day 2 – Market & Family Cooking / Afternoon Activity

In the morning, accompanied by your guide and a local mother, you’ll visit the market to buy the condiments and ingredients needed for your meal.
Back at her home, you’ll cook together and share the lunch in a large communal bowl (or on individual plates if you prefer).

After tea and a short rest, enjoy an easy bike ride or another activity to discover the six villages that make up the Kingdom of Oulouf (fetish sites, cashew nut processing unit, etc.).

Advance booking required (at least 72 hours).

If possible during the stay , we meet the Oussouye King for an interview ( a community donation is apprecied , this is the tradition )

On request, this program can be customized to include or exclude certain activities (e.g. hiking, canoeing, without biking or kayaking).
